Garmin Activity Tracker:

The Garmin Activity Tracker is an integral part of the 1Life Program. Wearing an activity tracker has been shown to improve participants’ motivation and help create a supportive workplace. Garmin and 1Life understand the needs of participants and workplaces vary so we offer a range of devices to suit your needs. Partnering with Garmin also gives us access to the Garmin Wellness Portal which allows us at 1Life to easily enroll new employees, view team and company progress, track employee engagement and create challenges for the workplace as a whole, or for individuals.
